Robyn Francis Teaching Tour USA Summer 2009
Robyn Francis has been invited to conduct a series of courses in California in the Northern Hemisphere summer of 2009. After co-teaching a PDC with Penny Livingston and Darren Doherty, in Bolinas, north of San Francisco, Robyn will spend several weeks in Cuba following up on the 2008 CAPE visit, post hurricane recovery and update the study of Cuba and Living within a One-Earth Footprint. The July program will commence with an Advanced Design Skills course at RDI in Bolinas, then a month at Quail Springs teaching a PDC with Kat Steele and Warren Bush followed by the advanced training in Sustainable Aid for permaculture activists working in areas of need. Robyn Francis:
Award-winning international permaculture pioneer, designer, educator, presenter and innovator, Erda Institute’s principal tutor draws on 25 years of permaculture work throughout Australia and overseas. Robyn was founding director Permaculture International Ltd (PIL) in 1987, designer and creator of Djanbung Gardens, Australia’s leading permaculture centre, and was member of the National Reference Group which developed the Accredited Permaculture Training™ (APT) for Permaulture International.
Robyn has dedicated the past 25 years to empowering people to be effective agents of change. Her students include some of permacultures leading teachers and activists.
