The training series is being organised by Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, Sustainable Living and Agriculture Department. The PDC and Permaculture for Sustainable Aid Work (Advanced Course) will be held at the ‘Green Hub’ in Hong Kong’s New Territories, where the heritage site of the Old Tai Po Police Station has been transformed into a ‘Green Hub for Sustainable Living’. Practical sessions will be held at the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, where there are established permaculture demonstration gardens.

Robyn Francis has been teaching and consulting internationally for over 30 years, and since 2008 has taught numerous courses and consulted on projects in Taiwan and mainland China. She shares a wealth of experience in tropical systems, both urban and rural, plus first-hand knowledge of current permaculture developments around the world and her work in various parts of Asia since 1986.
